| Summer, summer, summer time! Don't hustle to the mall to get you a short set. Stay here, and enjoy yet another summer indoors with your friends at Capes and Tights! The summer comic book slate is looking solid, as Marvel's Secret Invasion is running at full-steam, while DC is at the cusp of unleashing Final Crisis to our comic shelves. In Secret Invasion, we were treated with stunning questions and revelations...only a month into it! Who do you trust? Who is a Skrull? Who can afford the money to find out? Batman RIP is underway as life-altering events await our dear Dark Knight in time for his summer movie to be released. Will Batman survive this latest attempt to change him? Check back here for talkback on all of your favorite issues. The summer movie season has hit, and Iron Man reigns supreme as the first of the blockbusters to rule the box office. Making roughly $400 million in barely its first month, the new Marvel hit has set the standard for the rest of the so-called big guns of the summer. Will The Incredible Hulk be able to make a successful splash as its inter-brand predecessor? Or is every movie this summer going to be derailed by the hype-train that is The Dark Knight. Which ever movie is declared the best of the summer, you can bet the losers will sulk on their hundres of millions of dollars made worldwide. Television has been a total disaster of late. Be glad that you can enjoy DVDs of any of your favorite shows to make up for the lack of quality television this time of year usually offers us. Anyone with an Xbox 360 has been playing Grand Theft Auto IV like crazy. A few of us here at Capes and Tights have been wreaking havoc upon the fine fodder/victims/citizens of Liberty City.
