Ok, major news on a show we haven’t heard much about. If you watch the video below you’ll here a couple of key things:
- Robin will be the most experienced of the group
- The JLA will be mentoring their protegees throughout the series, even showing up in a few episodes
- Sex!
- Someone will die!
So far this show sounds amazing. I really like the inclusion of the JLA and its possible mature themes.

I was kind of worried about how successful this could be based on the teaser poster, but my doubts went away after seeing that. Not sure how I feel about this new Aqualad and his water weapons, but I guess I’ll make up my mind once the show airs.
Based on rumors from SDCC, the Robin on this show will be Dick Grayson. Tim would have made more sense, but oh well?
One thing that is definitely lacking is Wonder Girl (preferably Cassie). Hopefully she’ll join the team later, since it appears that they can use Wonder Woman. She’s also the only one out of the seven that appear in that frame, that is missing a sidekick.
I’M EXCITED!

I wouldn’t mind Donna instead. She’d blend in quite nicely.
